AEC performed a Phase I and Phase II ESA to investigate potential environmental impacts related to current/historic petroleum filling operations at an adjoining property.  In order to document the subsurface conditions, two exterior soil borings and two interior soil borings were advanced surrounding the office building and included soil, groundwater, and soil vapor analysis.
